What is Ticket Theory?
Ticket Theory is a private concierge service for premium access to live events. We are not a resale marketplace. We source, vet, and coordinate access on your behalf through a trusted network, so you can focus on being there, not on how you got in. We work directly with individuals, as well as wealth managers, family offices, executive assistants and private client teams, and other professionals who arrange experiences on behalf of their clients.

How does the process work?
Tell us the event, or simply where you'll be. We research the market and our network, then send you a curated set of legitimate options. Once you choose, we handle the details through event day.
Can you help with sold out or hard to find events?
Yes. In demand, hard to access events are exactly where our network is strongest.
Do you guarantee my tickets or access?
Yes. Every option we present has been vetted before it reaches you. In the unlikely event an issue arises with a confirmed booking, we will source a comparable or better replacement at no additional cost.
How do you source access?
Through a trusted network of industry partners and insiders. We don't deal in speculative or unverifiable listings.
How will I receive my tickets or credentials?
Delivery depends on the event. Most tickets are sent via mobile transfer, while suites, credentials, and other special arrangements are typically finalized closer to the event date.
Do you offer hospitality or VIP packages?
Where available, yes, suites, premium seating, hospitality lounges, and other upgraded experiences alongside standard access.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
No. Whether you need a single seat or are arranging for a full group or suite, we can accommodate it.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Earlier is better for the widest range of options, though our team can often work quickly for last minute requests too.
Do you only work in one city or region?
No. Our network spans North America, Europe, and other international destinations.
How does pricing work?
We provide clear, all-in pricing for every option before you commit, with no hidden fees. Because access and availability vary by event, pricing is quoted per request rather than published upfront.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All sales are pending final confirmation. Once your sale is confirmed, it is final; there are no cancellations or refunds except as noted below. In the unlikely event Ticket Theory is unable to confirm your sale, a full refund will be issued.
- If an event is canceled outright, a full refund will be issued.
- If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. No refund will be issued for a postponement.
- No refund will be issued for changes occurring between the time of purchase and the event, including entry requirements such as testing or vaccination policies, and travel restrictions.
- Venue maps are provided for informational purposes only, are subject to change, and are not contractually binding.
